The launching point of starting energy classes with Norma,
The beginning of this journey is an exciting time. You will spend two years discovering who you are. Through ceremony, meditations and practices you will have a unique opportunity to figure out ways to access your ground, attend to your fibers, fill your core and expand out to your boundary edge.
To start, we will weave a class matrix that will hold your collective aligned intentions.
This class focuses on gaining clarity of Self and exploring what that means. Because we are all unique, it will present differently for each student. Through practical applications this course can help you consciously claim and put into action, the information and skills that you need to have a solid understanding how you are a distinctly sacred human.
As a class we will practice creating resourced containers that support your alignment and your bodies. The intentions are: How to perceive energy and develop your felt sense. Understand how energy works and how to increase the capacity for energy in your own system.
You will develop your natural talents, skills and abilities to be at choice and to consciously empower yourself, life and others. This is an invitation and a unique opportunity for exploring how you naturally use your energy body. Come expand, learn and practice in a safe and sacredly held container.

Holding Service
Over the past 18 years Norma has developed a strong reaching and holding capacity. She naturally offers a safely held space for people in any state of need; From being cuddled and comforted to releasing primal rage.
Here are some of the ways she can support you:
- I can follow your attention and help you to discover what your full YES can feel like.
- Support you in feeling your essence, finding your frequency and core alignment.
- Being a mother of 2, I can hold solid, nurturing, neutral and safe feminine/mother.
- I offer the template of protection and how an aligned/ideal parent would do that for you.
- When you are feeling need or overwhelm and you want to reach to a skilled practitioner
- I have also done shamanic healing and soul retrievals during these sessions when it has come up for my clients.
Body Tune-Up
Norma uses a variety of modalities including but not limited to myofascial release, muscle placement, cranial sacral therapy, lymphatic draining, body balancing and somatic energy work.
- Fixing new and old injuries from car accidents, falls, joints restriction, repetitive stress, tendonitis and post labor and delivery.
- Relieving chronic pain and repetitive stress
- Urgent care for car accidents and falls.
- Releasing emotions and somatic traumas.
- Expanding the functionality of the body to increase freedom of movement.
- Rebirthing people through somatic work to support them in healing their old injuries and traumas (e.g. healing birth trauma).
